Make sure to check the Chassis for any rust and maybe any necessary repaint may need to be redone. Other areas that can have rust and corrosion would be anchor chains. These are vital for security and any risk prevention especially in the UK where flood and storms are common.
Try to keep the exterior of your caravan clean at all times, this will reduce any damage caused by tree sap, bird lime and other pollutant materials. You can maintain this by washing the outside walls and paintwork with cloths and detergent or for speed use a jet washer.
Having any garden around your static caravan is all ways a plus however it is another job to maintain. Keeping an eye on any trees around your caravan is necessary. Roots could potentially get underneath cracking the concrete and loosening the anchors.
